BRICK OVEN PIZZA

Our thin crust pizzas are hand-stretched and baked in a custom built wood fired brick oven at temperatures which reach 900 degrees.  The intense heat allows for a light crispy crust while locking in the goodness of our fresh and flavorful ingredients.
